Q: How long does it take for products to ship?
A: Orders take 3-5 business days to ship, although we do our best to have them out sooner when ever possible.
Q: Will I have to pay any customs fees in my country?
A: All items are shipped from the United States and we do not have any way of knowing the amount of, or paying, customs fees in the receiving country for international orders. It is up to the customer to pay any handling fees and taxes that are levied by their local customs agency.
Q: Why has my international tracking not been updated?
A: In some cases, United States Postal Service tracking may not be updated after being passed on to the destination country. There are no updates while in customs and processing there can take several business days. If your tracking has not updated after going through customs, it will usually not be until it is ready to be delivered or received by your local post office.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure third party gateway.
Q: My order is a gift. Can you not include a receipt or invoice?
A: To reduce our waste, we try to package with reusable materials and do not include receipts or invoices unless they are asked for. You will receive a digital copy of your receipt and invoice via email.
Q: Can I change my order?
A: If something comes up after you order, just write us a message! We can change shipping addresses and, in some cases items, but once it has been sent out we are unable to change the address. Please double check your order before placing it.
Q: What metal is your jewelry made with?
A: We do our best to indicate whether a piece is sterling/rhodium plated, but any pieces that are not labeled are made with a mixed metal alloy. All jewelry is lead and nickel free.
Q:What size are your rings?
A: All of our rings are made to be adjustable so that they can be fitted to each customer. Some rings do have the option of a knuckle ring or standard ring, however.
Q:Can I swim or shower with my jewelry on?
A: All glass dome jewelry is water resistant; however it is not water proof. A simple splash of water will not hurt your jewelry, but please remember to remove your jewelry before swimming or showering.

Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return purchases?
A: In order to return items, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. All clothing and jewelry must be in the original condition.
Q: Can I exchange what I ordered?
A: Exchanges are not a problem! If you are unhappy with any item, you can write us within 14 days of delivery and we can arrange an exchange. Please note that you must contact us first, as some pieces may not be available.
